FTGC Programs
FTGC Missions runs a range of programs designed to raise leaders for the Church
and various sectors of society. These programs focus on developing transformation-minded
individuals who will serve as catalysts for positive change wherever God has placed them.
Through discipleship, leadership training, revival mobilization, and ministerial support
initiatives, FTGC equips believers to live out their faith and advance the mission of the
Gospel in their communities and beyond.
We run a Raising Disciples in the Nations Program, which recruits and
trains disciples who will raise disciples in their various nations.
We run a Sacred Assembly of Believers Retreat, which conducts annual retreats for
believers from various denominations. The aim is to foster genuine unity of the
Body of Christ across the various denominations divides,
which will enable the church to take the kingdom of God to unfathomable heights.
We run a Professionals Mobilization Program, which
mobilizes professionals to play their God-given roles
in the various spaces where God has deployed them.
This program is pivotal to the vision of FTGC Missions.
We have a Replacement Sons and Daughters (RESAD), which prepares sons
and daughters to take over leadership from us adults.
It is a succession planning program. They must lead while we
are still alive so that we might guide them.
We have a JET GENERATION Program targeted at up-and-coming professionals
who have just entered their respective professional disciplines/careers.
This generation of young people is being groomed to arise and be counted
in their generation. We trust that they, too, will raise other young
people to do the same.
We run a CLEAN Ministerial and Leadership Training School for three years,
and people get their diplomas at the end of their training. It equips
ministers of religion and leaders for effective leadership where God has
deployed them. CLEAN stands for Christian Leadership Equipping
And Networking. The school is run virtually and has three contact
sessions in a year.
We have Ministers Support Summit, a Clergy School program focusing
on training and facilitating refresher programs for ministers.
We have the Truth Multiplication Center, which focuses on publishing books
on various pertinent topics. It also has social media platforms and places messages and addresses on YouTube,
Facebook, etc. It advertises good books and messages from reputable men and women of God.
We run a program called Men Arise Summits, which mobilizes men to arise and assume
their God-given responsibilities at home, in their churches
and in the community at large in their various nations.
We have a Youth Corner which focuses on training young people on success and excellence.
We have a social media platform
where we post teachings on success and develop an ethos of excellence. We want young
people who are success-oriented.
We run a Preparing for Marriage Platform in which we train young people on
how to find a correct life partner and conduct themselves during courtship,
and it provides premarital counselling for young people.
We run an international discipleship social media platform
and conduct formal discipleship training. It is both global
and interdenominational.
